What is the return policy?

If you receive your package and aren’t satisfied with it- please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You will pay for the shipping fees to return it to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase and the garment is returned to us in the same unused condition, we will gladly refund you. If there is something that we need to send back to you- we will cover the delivery fee back to you.

What are the shipping options?

We offer nation-wide delivery at an additional R99 and free shipping on orders over R1200. We do over-night deliveries and will notify you with your waybill information once we have sent your parcel.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally. For international orders, place your order via our contact page. 

When will I receive my order?

We kindly ask that you allow us 7-10 working days to get your order to your doorstep.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Please email a photo of the defect on the garment, we will contact you and to make arrangements. 

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Drop us an email or call us ASAP . Unfortunately, if we have already started with your order, we may not be able to make changes.

We are based in Gauteng, South Africa

How do I make sure I order the right size?

All of our styles have their own unique fit, please read the description of each style to best choose the fit you are looking for. Alternatively get hold of us and we can help you make the right choice.

What are the wash and care instructions?

You can machine wash your Armani Sets, they dry quickly. Please use a cool iron and do not tumble dry.
